Chef Joseph brings cherished recipes from his childhood to Bali, infusing each dish with a delightful touch of island magic for a Thanksgiving celebration like no other.

Your feast begins with artisan Farine bread, complemented by housemade cranberry and apple compound butters—a tantalising start to the evening’s delights. Savour delicate devilled eggs with imported Japanese uni blended into yolks and crowned with shimmering ikura salmon roe. Enjoy it alongside velvety slices of house-cured salmon gravlax infused with East Indies gin. Savour duck rillettes with autumnal spices and tangy dried cranberries. Continue the feast with vibrant salads, featuring a protein-packed quinoa cornucopia adorned with toasted coconut and a crisp kale salad embellished with grilled pear and robust gorgonzola.
