This May and June, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, and Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort invite diners to join the inaugural edition of Friends of Prego, an Italian culinary celebration that features the remarkable talents of Chef Michele Antonucci from Prego and Chef Vinsensius Aditantra from Bene. This series marks the beginning of a flavourful exploration of Italy, celebrated through friendship, fine wines and exceptional culinary craftsmanship.
Friends of Prego is not just a dinner series; it’s a heartfelt collaboration between two chefs who share a passion for Italian cuisine. The event highlights their partnership and invites guests to experience Italian dishes in their most inspiring forms. Central to this collaboration is Prego’s refreshed identity as a warm, welcoming all-day Italian eatery, a place where genuine charm meets gastronomic creativity.
The first event takes place on Friday, 30 May 2025, in the beautiful garden setting of Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome drink followed by an elegant four-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with fine wines from Ethica Wines. The menu captures the lively, family-style charm of Prego while incorporating coastal influences from Bene, creating a delightful harmony under the tropical night sky.
The culinary journey continues on Thursday, 6 June 2025, at Bene Italian Kitchen, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. With breathtaking ocean views, Bene provides a refined and modern approach to Italian cuisine, making it the perfect venue for the second chapter of this collaborative celebration.
