Giancarlo Mancino is no ordinary bartender. Born in Italy and based in Hong Kong, he has spent his career blending classic Italian tradition with global innovation. As the creator of Mancino Vermouth, Rinomato Aperitivo, Sprezza, and the Wormwood Glassware Collection, his influence is felt across the world’s most elegant bars and beverage programs. Through his consultancy, GiancarloBAR Ltd., he works with leading luxury hospitality groups, including Rosewood Hotels and Orange Hospitality.
