A Celebration of Hong Kong’s Culinary Heritage from Marriott Bonvoy

Marriott Bonvoy launches Taste of Wonders 2025 in Hong Kong, uniting chefs from ten of its hotels to showcase the city’s distinctive flavours and cultural artistry through a series of signature dishes and curated dining experiences.

Marriott Bonvoy has just officially launched a campaign that showcases Hong Kong distinct local flavours, rich traditions, and modern creativity through an elevated dining experience.

Marriott Bonvoy, the award-winning travel programme by Marriott International, has launched its annual Taste of Wonders 2025 culinary campaign in Hong Kong. Bringing together nearly 400 restaurants across Greater China, this year’s edition celebrates Hong Kong’s culinary heritage under the theme “A City’s Ingredients, Infinite Taste of Wonders.”

Richard Boyer, Regional Vice President for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Hainan, said the campaign reflects Marriott’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

“Hong Kong is a city where tradition and innovation meet. Through Taste of Wonders, we celebrate the stories and artistry behind its cuisine,” he said.

At the heart of the campaign are 10 acclaimed chefs from 10 Marriott Bonvoy hotels across Hong Kong, each presenting a signature dish inspired by the city’s diverse neighbourhoods. Together, they create a 10-course menu that represents Hong Kong’s identity as a meeting point of East and West.

From 7 November 2025, guests can experience these dishes at the Taste of Wonders buffet corners across nine participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels, featuring creations such as drunken seafood with kaiso salad, double boiled chicken soup with fish maw, wok-fried Australian M9 wagyu with black truffle and Hong Kong milk tea crème brûlée.

In addition to the buffet selection, six hotels will offer exclusive à la carte and set-course menus, paying homage to local heritage through dishes like steamed mugwort rice dumplings and fried dace and salted black bean pâté with Qiandao Lake caviar.

Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and redeem points while enjoying special privileges at participating venues. Taste of Wonders 2025 invites guests to experience the best of Hong Kong’s culinary artistry through thoughtfully curated flavours and exceptional hospitality.
