Recently opened at IZE Hotel Seminyak on Bali’s Oberoi eat street, Single Malt is a whiskey bar with a twist. Whiskey may have garnered a rather masculine reputation over the years, but at Single Malt, they strive to introduce ladies and men alike to the world of whiskey with some seriously interesting cocktails that won’t leave your palate overpowered. In particular, the Scottish cocktail is a wonderfully feminine creation that subtly introduces Scotch Whiskey to the classic Bellini. Topped up with Prosecco and stirred up with a delicious homemade rhubarb marmalade, this cocktail has just the right amount of sweet with a whisper of whiskey in the aftertaste.
