Celebrating Traditions at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali

Offering unrivalled luxuries, the five-star property is creating signature mooncakes as the perfect gift for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta are proud to bring back the signature Mulia Mooncakes. Available at Table8, these delicious delicacies make a perfect gift for family, friends and business colleagues, or as a personal treat to accompany your afternoon tea.

Traditionally the mooncake is created for the Mid-Autumn Festival, a harvest festival celebrated in China and Vietnam. The mooncake has a layer of pastry with a rich thick filling made from red bean or lotus seed paste, along with a single – or more – salted egg yolk in the middle that symbolizes the full moon. Imprinted on top of the mooncake are Chinese characters for longevity or harmony, as a way to send best wishes to the recipient.

Mulia Mooncakes are available as an individual cake or a pack of four in an exclusive gift box. Guests can choose from a variety of flavours including white lotus paste, red lotus paste, red bean paste, black sesame paste and more. The cakes are available for order from 19 July to 21 September exclusively at Table8 – The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali and Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
