Bringing over two decades of experience working in the kitchen, Chef Michele’s career is a tapestry woven with experiences that reflect a profound love for authentic Italian cooking, cultivated through years of tireless dedication. His exceptional culinary skills and an unwavering commitment to his craft make him a distinguished figure in the culinary world.
The world has savoured his culinary creations thanks to his extensive work repertoire, which ranges from The Palace Hotel in Gstaad to Bulgari Hotel & Resort’s Il Caffè Osaka. His commitment to the culinary arts is deepened by his academic pursuits in hospitality at IPSSAR in Bari, Italy and a certification that he received from Thames Valley University in London.
