To welcome the summer travellers, the hotel is hosting a monthly-themed dinner to add more excitement to your holiday-making in Bali. Last month, the hotel invited four Marriott International chefs to present a dinner to remember. Aptly named Mebat, a Balinese word for chopping, cutting, and mixing, the six-course dinner was delightfully created by Chef Donald Hutahuruk from Courtyard Seminyak, Chef Wisnu Adiyatma from Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, Chef Arya from Sthala Ubud and Chef Bagus Oka from Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta.

Hosted at the hotel’s watering hole, The Best Brew, the dinner also paired beautifully with Canard Craft Beer.
