Indulge in an array of luscious creations such as the Alto Wagyu Burger or Eggs Benedict e Tartufo. Made with wagyu beef, the burgers comprise uber juicy meaty beef patties served with rocket salad, egg, homemade Italian fried potato, bacon and truffle ketchup and grainy mustard for an extra aromatic kick without detracting from the meaty flavour. A lavish take on a brunch classic, the Eggs Benedict e Tartufo are lathered with black truffles, hollandaise sauce and topped with a choice of pork or beef bacon or marinated salmon or turkey ham.
Once you’re good and ready for something sweeter, the desserts will give you ultimate satisfaction. The super fluffy Toast Francese is not only beautiful to look at, it is delicious to eat as well, with a soft texture and a warm and cold flavour combination.
