MAMAKA by Ovolo’s Executive Chef Ben Harrington crafts a menu inspired by the Mediterranean and Balinese flavours at the resort’s rooftop Kuta Social Club.

Sitting pretty atop the stylish MAMAKA by Ovolo, Kuta Social Club is adored for providing a front row seat to Bali’s most magical sunset over Kuta Beach. Topped with a gem-blue rooftop infinity swimming pool, carefully curated DJ mixes and playlists, Kuta Social Club also takes pride in its dining and drinking offerings. Behind the culinary magic is Executive Chef Ben Harrington, hailing all the way from Essex, United Kingdom. With more than 15 years of illustrious experience, including at Gordon Ramsay’s Soho House, London’s Stratford Hotel and more, Harrington brings a Mediterranean-inspired fare incorporated with a Balinese twist.

Eager diners should try the mixed seafood platter, comprising lobster, soft-shell crab, king prawns and more, served with four different sauces – ideal for sharing. Furthermore, the delectable delights highlight smoked garlic, lemon and thyme chicken, tomahawk beef steak, grilled octopus and many more. The curated poolside menu offers options for those who are looking for lighter bites, with highlights such as tacos, sushi rolls, and healthy poke bowls.
