Culinary stars from across Indonesia gathered under one roof as Exquisite’s Best Restaurants & Bars 2025 took centre stage at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. It was an evening built on passion, precision, and a genuine love for food and drink, as industry leaders, chefs, restaurateurs, and tastemakers celebrated the year’s standout venues.
Hundreds of guests from the culinary world filled the ballroom, creating an atmosphere buzzing with anticipation. The awarding ceremony was led by esteemed MCs Kaemita Boediono and Danar Gumilang, who brought warmth and energy to the night. Adding to the sense of occasion, the chefs themselves were invited to the stage, giving a heartfelt touch as they proudly accepted the honours on behalf of their venues.
This year’s judging panel featured some of the region’s most respected culinary figures. William Wongso, Yuda Bustara, Rinrin Marinka, Vindy Lee, Chris Salans, and CEO & Publisher of Exquisite Media Lenny Marlina Tanu all lent their expertise, carefully scoring each restaurant and bar to ensure a fair and considered selection.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the Top 10, showcasing an exciting mix of familiar favourites and rising names.
