Andaz Bali has just launched its latest dining destination.
Village Square, the unique culinary hub at Andaz Bali, announced the opening of Fire Fox in August 2022. The new restaurant boasts premium grill menu with an inspiring Asian steakhouse concept. Open for both in-house and outside guests, discerning diners can savour the enticing menu of Fire Fox every Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, from 6pm to 10pm.
Rejoice in carnivorous goodness such as the Foxy galbi, short rib, tenderloin, NY striploin, or bone-in ribeye, served with the delicious array of Foxy sauces, highlighting spices and herbs from East Asia. Keep an eye on the premium cuts, such as the Pure Black Barley-Fed Angus beef, sourced from Victoria and Tasmania, Australia.
In addition, Fire Fox also serves other delectable dishes, such as locally sourced organic chicken and pork, served with various sauces and condiments. Complete the experience by opting for the restaurant’s signature cocktails, or pair the dishes with wine selection from the cellar. Boasting sleek and modern Asian style, Fire Fox features an open kitchen, where diners can see Head Chef Benjamin Haselbeck working his magic on the charcoal or teppanyaki grill.
Fire Fox is the latest restaurant to open at Village Square after Blue Oven’s launch in March. Ready to cater to your culinary needs all week, Village Square offers Mediterranean fare at Blue Oven from Monday to Wednesday dinner time, grill selection at Fire Fox Thursday to Saturday dinner time and Indonesian cuisine at Wok Wok Monday to Sunday lunch and dinner time.
