Shiki Japanese restaurant at Hilton Bali Resort is inspired by the four seasons of Japan, which are reflected in talented Chef Goda Katsumi’s exquisite creations. Each dining experience comes with a special touch, including the lunch, dinner and the one-and-only Japanese brunch on the island.

This April, the charming Japanese restaurant welcomes spring by offering the Haru set menu prepared by Chef Goda. The Haru package – which literally means spring in Japanese – allows diners to savour a special set menu comprising a Chirashi sushi bowl with Japanese premium sushi rice, topped with fresh cuts of salmon and avocado.

The set menu doesn’t stop there as Haru also comes with tempting appetisers and desserts, including Chinese cabbage beef roll, deep-fried tofu and squid with vinegar bean paste, an array of sashimi on ice, a bowl of warm miso soup and seasonal sliced fruits. The offer is available for lunch and dinner throughout April.
