Li Feng at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta

Since opening back in 2016, Li Feng at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta has carved out a reputation for serving authentic yet contemporary Cantonese fine dining. The décor of this luxurious restaurant was inspired by the historical spice trade between Fukien and Indonesia’s old colonial capital, Batavia, and boasts three elegant private dining rooms as well as a spacious and opulent open restaurant. The ongoing partnership between chef Fei from the Michelin-starred Jiang at Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou showcases an à la carte menu of unrivalled sophistication and beauty, complemented by excellent dim sum and business menus.

This year, the eatery rolled out a new menu consisting of Baked Lobster with Spring Onion, Beef Short Ribs with Balsamic Vinegar and a plant-based menu, such as Monkey Head Mushrooms with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Imperial Kungfu Soup with Morels.
