Located on Petitenget in Seminyak, MAURI is a fine-dining eatery that offers contemporary Italian cuisine from Puglia to whet your appetite. Opened to great acclaim by chef-owner Maurizio Bombini, the restaurant offers an à la carte menu alongside tasting menus, finely crafted cocktails and a Wine Spectator awarded wine list. Its cuisine emphasizes simple, genuine flavours that rely on the freshness of local produce for a memorable modern Italian taste.

A lively open kitchen showcases the culinary team with Chef Maurizio orchestrating the show. The restaurant can accommodate 40 guests including an intimate 5-seat Chef’s Table placed alongside the kitchen for customized meals served directly by the chef. On the mezzanine level, a bar and lounge serve carefully crafted cocktails, wine and light bites.

Tonno in Carpione

All diners are treated with a myriad of complimentary amuse-bouches including the signature Parmigiano Reggiano egg custard and the Bloody Mary Spherification. A five- or six- course tasting menu showcases the culinary homage to Puglia such as the Tonno in Carpione, a marinated raw tuna sourced in Indonesia combined with a local Burrata cheese with Taggiasca olive powder and finished with a caramelized onion sauce or the signature Ravioli 24th months Parmigiano Ravioli served with onion consommé.
