Guests were treated to a specially curated menu that showcased some of the finest dishes from May Star Signature’s extensive selection. Among the highlights were the renowned roasted duck, Aseng’s grilled beef steak and City Night fried chicken. Also featured were the pearl grouper, deep-fried shelled prawns with salted egg sauce and two-flavoured stir-fried kailan. In addition, the menu featured birthday noodles, chicken, fried rice, salted fish, pao buns and mango sago, all of which demonstrated the restaurant’s dedication to providing outstanding flavours and craftsmanship.
