Mosto reunites with Bangkok’s Mod Kaew for a third collaboration, bringing its no-boundary approach to the table alongside bold flavours and a wine selection made for a long night in Berawa.
Some evenings in Berawa are worth planning for, especially when two kitchens know how to work as a team. On 24 September 2026, Mosto welcomes Mod Kaew back for their third collaboration, bringing Bangkok into one of Bali’s most sociable dining rooms from 5pm until late.
The Akin Atelier-designed dining room is now a popular destination for Bali’s chefs, hospitality professionals, and customers who like a sociable atmosphere without having to go through unnecessary formalities. Paired with Mosto’s penchant for natural wines, the easygoing character makes it an ideal setting for Mod Kaew’s return.
For the evening, Mosto Executive Chef Lorenzo De Petris joins Mod Kaew’s Thomas Pho in the kitchen, bringing Mosto’s no-boundary neo-bistro approach together with Mod Kaew’s preference for bold flavours and unexpected combinations. Familiar ingredients take less predictable directions, with plates designed for the middle of the table and a format that keeps the meal social from the start.
Wine forms the other half of the programme. Mosto co-founder Federico Sirito joins Mod Kaew’s Pablo Padilla on the wine selection, drawing bottles from both sides and setting aside a few rarities for the night. The pairing between kitchen and cellar gives the collaboration a clear rhythm, with food and wine taking equal weight throughout the evening.
