Famed Jakarta-based cookie maker, Dough Lab, has finally spread its wings to the beautiful island of Bali. The brand is famous for its artisanal handcrafted cookies and, opening in February, has served its first batch in its Canggu store. In addition to the artisanal cookies, the store also serves its signature coffees and premium soft-serve ice creams. This combination will make way for another first: a Dough Lab Sundae, which is a skillet-baked Duchess cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
As the 12th offline store and the third city in the brand’s journey over the past six years, the Canggu outlet has introduced a new brand identity and concept. Inspired by nature, guests are encouraged to find their moments of blissful happiness while enjoying the delicious, sweet treats in a serene, relaxing atmosphere. A beautifully designed space that embraces Bali’s ambience and greenery, the concept is one for the future, as its founders envision this style be applied to all offline stores across all three cities.
