Padma Hotels is once again embarking on an adventure in fine dining with the return of Padma Culinary Journey. This unique program, designed to foster a cross-property dining exchange, promises to elevate the gastronomic experience across all of the group’s five establishments.
The program’s intention is to showcase the diverse culinary trends distinctive to each hotel. This January, the journey kicks off with Chef Sandro Medrano from the acclaimed Tenkai Japanese Nikkei Restaurant at Padma Resort Legian taking center stage.
Known for its Peruvian-Japanese concept, Tenkai has become a culinary haven since its reopening. Chef Sandro’s creations, constantly evolving and pushing boundaries, have garnered praise for their bold and vibrant flavors. Some highlights on this Padma Culinary Journey include the Nikkei delight Tiradito Sake, Anticuchos – a Peruvian skewer delicacy, and the enticing Acevichado sushi roll featuring shrimp tempura, sliced tuna, and the signature acevichado sauce.
Chef Sandro’s tour of Padma Culinary Journey is set to unfold beginning with Padma Hotel Semarang hosting a BBQ Dinner at Semawis All-Day Dining. The next destination is Resinda Hotel Karawang, welcoming Chef Sandro for a Tapas Nikkei experience at Inaho Japanese Restaurant. Padma Hotel Bandung follows after, featuring Chef Sandro’s International Buffet Dinner at The Restaurant. At the finish line, Padma Resort Ubud will be hosting an Izakaya Night at The Puhu Restaurant.
As diners can anticipate a fusion feast that transcends geographical boundaries. From the sizzling BBQs in Semarang to the delicate Izakaya creations in Ubud, Chef Sandro’s culinary artistry promises to leave an indelible mark on each location.
