Celebrating its second anniversary, SIKI unveils a new era of its Japanese-Balinese culinary experience with the debut of its Signature Tuna Cutting Show Series and an evolving collection of dining concepts.
Marking its second anniversary on 4 July 2026, SIKI is entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of a signature culinary experience that reflects the restaurant’s continued evolution, exceeding traditional dining. Guests are invited to celebrate with a beachfront Summer Garden Party, where Japanese craftsmanship and Balinese hospitality come together in a festive evening of culture, cuisine, and celebration.
Taking centre stage is the debut of the SIKI Signature Tuna Cutting Show Series, a seasonal dining experience inspired by the word shiki (四季), which translates to four seasons. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Vincent Hiew, the ceremonial breakdown of a whole tuna showcases the precision and artistry of Japanese fish butchery before culminating in a thoughtfully curated seven-course tasting menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and premium cuts of tuna. The inaugural Summer Edition embraces bright flavours with ingredients such as lime, unripe mango, and watermelon, setting the tone for future seasonal interpretations.
The anniversary also signals SIKI’s transformation into a broader lifestyle destination. Alongside the restaurant, guests will receive an exclusive preview of AMIKAN by SIKI, an upcoming beachfront Japanese café, as well as KALIH by SIKI, the brand’s bespoke cocktail laboratory.
