Open from 11am until 3pm the brunch is a sumptuous mix of buffet items, grill and carvery stations, along with an extensive à la carte menu complemented by chef’s succulent mini degustation pass-around dishes.
The standard package features free-flow tea and coffee along with soft drinks, juices and selected mocktails, while choosing the alcohol package adds a selection of free-flow red, white and sparkling wines, cocktails and beers.
Once seated, either within the air-conditioned restaurant or outside on the spacious terrace, the wait staff will carefully explain the menu before inviting you to indulge.
