On 4 February 2024 from 6:30pm to 10pm, The St. Regis Bar Bali will host the Global Mixology Experience with celebrated French bartender Nico De Soto. Nico’s esteemed career, characterised by his worldwide exploration and notable contributions to mixology, has established him as a leading figure in the bar industry. Attendees can delve into a distinctive experience highlighting Pernod Richard’s curated spirits and exclusive cocktails featuring Malfy Gin, Jameson Black Barrel and Altos Olmeca. This exclusive evening assures to showcase Nico De Soto’s path to excellence and rise to the top in the world of mixology.
On the evenings of 16 and 17 February 2024 from 6pm, Kayuputi Restaurant will host an unforgettable dining event starring dishes from Zaranda’s very own Chef Fernando P. Arellano, whose inventive culinary artistry consistently captivates both critics and gourmets. Attendees can savour a specially curated 6-course degustation menu, offering a tantalising glimpse into Zaranda’s signature dishes and the chef’s latest innovations. The evening will be further enriched by live culinary demonstrations and exceptional wine-pairing selections.
