Since Singapore and Tokyo have enjoyed Dancing Crab’s wonderful fresh seafood cuisine, it is now time for Jakarta to welcome the highly popular restaurant! Offering a mix of robust, country-style Cajun seafood and the distinctive richness of Creole cuisine, Dancing Crab has been bringing the same enjoyment that is the hallmark of this Singapore franchise restaurant to its colourful new location at Lotte Shopping Avenue 4th Floor, Jakarta, since February 2015. Seafood lovers beware, for Dancing Crab knows how to get your hands messy when it comes to hearty seafood dishes.

For starters there are spicy Cajun fries, crab cakes and Popcorn Shrimp Po’Boy sandwiches. A must-try menu item is flaming moonshine tiger prawns, served with three special sauces; wasabi katsuo, sweet wine chilli and lemon pickled chilli sauce. If you’d like to share, they have Combo Bag 1 on the menu. You will be blown away by a huge seafood platter consisting of one crab, 250 grams of prawns, 250 grams of clams, 250 grams of mussels, potatoes, corn and sausages. All the ingredients here are fresh and for this combo menu, Dancing Crab provides four sauce options, the Dancing Crab signature, herb butter, beurre blanc and zesty garlic butter. Another much-loved dish is the Cold Seafood Platter consisting of 250 grams of Alaskan king crab, four oysters, 250 grams of prawns, 250 grams of mussels. Fresh and well-cooked, the sauces taste ravishing and the dishes are superbly presented.
