Demon Chef Alvin Leung of Hong Kong’s Bo Innovation, the three Michelin-starred molecular masterpiece, is back in Singapore with another new restaurant. After his success at Forbidden Duck the chef, who has made rule-breaking culinary rebellion his personal brand, is following up with an exclusive eatery within The Capitol Kempinski hotel.
15 Stamford is named after the hotel’s address and showcases the Demon Chef’s take on his favourite Asian recipes. Marvel in Leung’s famous X-treme molecular cuisine and his innovative approach to presentation with dishes like Australian Bak Kut Teh Pork Chop with Compressed Watermelon Angelica and Barbecue Sauce with its roots in Malaysia and Singapore, or dishes inspired by Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines and Thailand.
