Welcoming the month of Ramadan, the five-star resort is collaborating with Chef Vindex Tengker who will be responsible in making your memories to last a lifetime.
During the holy month, Chef Vindex Tengker will take over the kitchen at The Westin Nusa Dua Resort, Bali to present Ramadan Iftar. Starting from 2 April until 1 May 2022, break your fast with enriching and delicious food from the archipelago, with choices ranging from ayam opor kuning, dendeng batokok, tumis bunga pepaya and more. Available from 5.30pm, the iftar menu is carefully designed to help replenish the body with nutrition it needed after a full day of fasting. The Ramadan Iftar is priced at IDR250,000++ per person with delivery or takeaway options available.
At the end of Ramadan, the stylish resort will also hold Eid al-Fitr dinner from 2 May to 6 May 2022 with a special feast. From hot and cold appetisers, to noodle selections and ketupat sayur will delight everyone’s taste buds. The dinner is priced at IDR350,000++ per person and is available from 5.30pm until 9.30pm.
In addition to the dining experiences mentioned above, a special cooking class will also available on the festivities roster. On 7 April, Chef Vindex Tengker will exclusively guide you in learning new skills of cooking ketupat sayur for Eid al-Fitr complete with tumis udang kentang, sayur pepaya muda and condiments. Furthermore, Chef Vindex will host Brunch Kareem for those who are not fasting. On 8 April, enjoy a special brunch in a beachfront setting with dishes such as meat and seafood sate, domba bakar and more.
