The Whisky Mastery Team at The Macallan has meticulously crafted this limited edition using a combination of sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks. The result is a whisky that exudes a radiant, summer evening hue, reminiscent of sun-drenched meadows and golden barley fields. Steven Bremner, The Whisky Maker, describes the sensory journey of this whisky with notes of fresh citrus fruits, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut, ripe barley fields, oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea, leading to a rich, sweet and complex finish.

Named Nostalgia, Faiche and Wild Wood, these libations were expertly curated by Kabir Suharan, head mixologist of Jakarta’s renowned Pantja bar and restaurant. Ingredients
- 50ml The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow
- 20ml meadowsweet syrup
- 10ml dry vermouth
- 3 dashes orange bitters
Method
- Add all ingredients into stirring tin and stir over chipped ice for 12 to 15 seconds.
- Strain into frozen tumbler glass and serve with stamped ice block.
