The renowned Malaysian chef is set to collaborate with the hotel’s Makase restaurant for a two-night only event.
Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is set to host an exclusive culinary event featuring Chef Zaim Abdullah from Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park. Taking place at Makase on 19 and 20 July dinner time, this two-night event will highlight Malaysian flavours through a specially curated menu.
Chef Zaim Abdullah is known for his innovative approach to traditional Malaysian cuisine, blending authentic tastes with modern techniques. Signature dishes on offer will include Nasi Kerabu & Ayam Bakar, Sup Kambing Berempah, and Char Kway Teow, each presented with a unique twist. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Chef Zaim and learn about the cultural significance and inspiration behind his creations.
This event is the final instalment in a series of guest chef collaborations at Makase, following successful takeovers by Chef Golf from Thailand and Timothy Loh from Singapore. It also coincides with the launch of Makase’s new menu introduced last year.
This collaboration reflects Hotel Indigo’s commitment to offering unique, neighbourhood-inspired experiences that celebrate diverse cultures and cuisines from Southeast Asia.
