A Culinary Masterpiece Awaits with Michelin-Starred Dining at The St. Regis Bali

The St. Regis Bali Resort invites you to immerse yourself in a world of refined dining as it proudly takes part in the Luxury Group Dining Series by the Luxury Group of Marriott International. From 4 to 6 October 2024, this exceptional culinary journey promises an exquisite blend of Michelin-starred creations, bespoke cocktails and beachside barbecues, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Island of the Gods.

This exclusive event includes a two-night takeover at the acclaimed Kayuputi Restaurant, where Chef Arne Riehn, the renowned chef behind the Michelin-starred IGNIV at The St. Regis Bangkok, will present his signature dishes, offering a taste of modern gastronomy. Adding to the indulgence, a trio of expert mixologists from The St. Regis hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Singapore will craft cocktails that pair perfectly with the resort’s culinary offerings.

On 5 and 6 October, Kayuputi will also host its renowned Astor Brunch, a lavish affair featuring pan-Asian-inspired haute cuisine, premium wagyu, lobster, foie gras, caviar and Champagne. Inspired by the Balinese philosophy of “Nyegara Gunung,” meaning “from the mountain to the ocean,” Kayuputi carefully sources local ingredients for its dishes. The highlight of the celebration is a beachside barbeque dinner, where the best Balinese ingredients are presented with an Australian twist by Michelin-starred Chef Spencer Patrick.
