Padma Resort Ubud presents a new menu at The Puhu Restaurant, offering guests a diverse dining journey from Balinese classics to international favourites, all served with panoramic Payangan valley views.
Padma Resort Ubud has launched a refreshed dining experience at The Puhu Restaurant, unveiling a new menu that highlights international flavours while staying rooted in Balinese tradition.
The updated offering brings together a wide range of culinary influences, presenting a selection that spans Balinese classics, Indian favourites, Asian specialities and variety of international dishes.
The menu is organised into distinct categories, beginning with Puhu Signatures such as Ayam Betutu, Gindara Nyat Nyat and Kuah Balung, reflecting Bali’s culinary heritage. The Indian Inspirations feature bold dishes like Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken 65, while the International Selections include Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Flame-Grilled Bone Marrow and Bali Pork Ribs. For health-conscious diners, the Wellness Creations provide plant-based options crafted from local produce. To conclude the meals, the Decadent Desserts range offers both local and international indulgences including Markisa Payangan Cheesecake, Es Cendol Payangan and Popcorn Crème Brûlée.
Executive Chef Damian Pentelow explained that the vision behind the menu is to offer guests more than a standard meal.
“With this new menu, we want our guests to experience more than just a meal, it’s a journey of flavours that combines the comfort of timeless classics with the excitement of new discoveries. Each dish is inspired by the vibrant culture around us, crafted to be shared with loved ones, and enjoyed in the beautiful setting of Payangan’s valley views. Our goal is to create moments at the table that feel memorable, warm and full of flavour,” he explained.
