Campari Red Hands APAC 2025 Indonesia Final Ignites Bali

Campari Indonesia Indonesia’s top bartending talents faced off for a shot at Campari Red Hands APAC 2025 Grand Final in a spirited showcase of creativity, precision and passion.  

Bali became the epicentre of mixology excellence as the Campari Red Hands APAC 2025 Indonesia Final took over Adriana Cocina & Bar, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran, on Monday, 20 October 2025. Ten of the nation’s most promising bartenders went head-to-head in a high-stakes showdown for a coveted ticket to represent Indonesia at the Grand Final in Milan, Italy.

The finalists, Agus Dwi Hadikusuma (Riviera Pererenan), Benedick Visantus (Deconstruction Bar), Edi Arista (The Apurva Kempinski Bali), Made Karma (Potato Head Bali), Ngakan Mastika (Syrcobase), Oleksii Kotik (Lava Gastrobar & Grill), Prana Iiyas (Between The Sips Jakarta), Pratama Eraldo (Naaga Bar), Wahyu Aditya (Numero Quattro), and Yogi Risnawan I Made (AfterTea by Chongtea), showcased bold creativity, precise technique and storytelling that embodied the spirit of contemporary cocktail craftsmanship.

An esteemed panel of judges led the competition, including Andrea Paleari, Regional Brand Ambassador of Campari Group; Lenny Marlina Tanu, CEO and Founder of Exquisite Media; and Mirwansyah, Head of R&D Bar Specialist at Union Group.

In the end, Wahyu Aditya of Numero Quattro emerged as the winner, earning the honour of representing Indonesia at the Grand Final in Milan. Agus Dwi Hadikusuma of Riviera Pererenan claimed second place, followed by Edi Arista of The Apurva Kempinski Bali in third.

The event not only celebrated technique and flavour, but highlighted the rising strength of Indonesia’s bartending community.
