Two chefs and two bar managers from Tropical Temptation Beach Club and Klive Beach Club come together to combine artistry, rich flavours, and diverse cultures in an eight-hands dinner experience at The Jungle Club Ubud.
Four-hands dinners are always a fun way to bring together different perspectives into one plate. The Jungle Club Ubud’s special dining experiences expands on this idea by doubling the personnel, blending the craftsmanship and expertise of two creative chefs and two skillful bar managers for an eight-hands, 8-course Healthy Tapas journey against the verdant backdrop of the day club’s forested landscape.
Chef Reyno and bar manager Bojes of Tropical Temptation Beach Club, known for infusing modern and inventive twists on traditional ingredients, are joining forces with Klive Beach Club’s Chef Marco Petriacci and bar manager Ardi, whose penchant Mediterranean flair is combined with a health-conscious and sophisticated approach. Together, the four of them will take diners on a culinary and mixology journey that presents a blend of flavours and cultures.
Drawing inspiration from the coast of Bali to the Mediterranean Sea, each course is designed to disprove the assumption that healthy food can only be plain and bland, balancing nutrition and taste. While the chefs play around with bold flavours that engage the palate, the bar managers concoct special bespoke beverages and cocktails that enhance the food.
As the evening stretches, The Jungle Club Ubud will stir with lively music, completing the sensorial experience with a wave of melodic tunes by resident performers. It sets the stage for a truly all-rounded night of unwinding.
