Following a six-month soft-opening phase, The Cutler formally launches its full operations, introducing a New York–style steakhouse led by Chef-Owner Mandira.
The Cutler has officially launched in Jakarta following a six-month of its soft-opening phase. The official opening event took place on 6 December 2025, attended by invited guests, media partners, KOLs, and brand collaborators who have supported the development of the concept.
The opening marks the formal introduction of The Cutler as a New York–style prime steakhouse focusing on technique-driven cooking and consistent quality. Throughout its preparation period, the team concentrated on developing reliable kitchen standards and service routines to ensure that the restaurant is fully ready to serve guests at a high level from day one of official operations.
Chef-Owner Mandira leads the team. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu with professional experience in London and Sydney, he brings a structured and disciplined approach to the menu. His objective is to establish The Cutler as a notable destination for prime rib and classic steakhouse dishes.
The official opening programme continued at Bar Monroe, which adjoins the main dining area. The bar functions as an extension of the restaurant experience, offering a selection of classic cocktails for after-dinner drinks.
With the official opening now complete, The Cutler & Bar Monroe enters its full operational phase with the aim of becoming a dependable choice for business diners, social gatherings, and guests seeking a focused prime steakhouse experience in South Jakarta. The restaurant is now fully open to the public and welcomes guests for dinner and late-evening service.
