Cocktail enthusiasts are in for a memorable seaside experience this August as The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali welcomes celebrated mixologist Kiki Moka for an exclusive guest shift and bar takeover at Ikan Bar on 7 and 8 August 2026. Set against the picturesque coastline of Nusa Dua, the two-night collaboration pairs the relaxed beachfront atmosphere of Ikan Bar with Kiki Moka’s distinctive approach to modern mixology, offering guests a rare opportunity to enjoy four of his signature creations crafted personally.
Widely regarded as one of the pioneers of Indonesia’s contemporary cocktail scene, Kiki Moka has spent more than two decades shaping the country’s beverage industry. As Head Mixologist of Union Group Jakarta, he oversees acclaimed concepts including The Cocktail Club, Modernhaus, Union, and Loewy, while earning international recognition as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Bar Figures in the World by Drinks International’s Bar World. His cocktails are celebrated for balancing classic techniques with bold flavour combinations and locally inspired ingredients, resulting in drinks that are both approachable and memorable.
The collaboration also brings together Kiki Moka and Deni Alan Hartono, Head Bartender of Ikan Bar and winner of the Marriott International Sustainable Bartender Championship Indonesia & Malaysia 2026.
