Available at Grand Café Level 3 and The Boutique at the Grand Lobby, the collection combines premium ingredients and authentic recipes with packaging inspired by the serene beauty of lotus blossoms. Designed for sharing and gifting, the collection offers a thoughtful way to celebrate with family, friends, colleagues and business partners alike.
At the heart of the collection is a selection of traditional mooncakes crafted to highlight the brilliant flavours and rich culinary heritage the festival is most known for. From the richness of white lotus to the balanced sweetness of red bean and red lotus, each variety has been meticulously prepared with a focus on texture, flavour and quality.
Presented through two different expressions, the gift set collection is helmed by Celestial Blue and Moonlit Blue. Where the former features an assortment of traditional baked mooncakes, including White Lotus with Single Egg Yolk, White Lotus, Red Lotus and Red Bean Paste. Meanwhile, the latter offers a more intimate selection of two signature varieties, White Lotus with Single Yolk and Red Bean.
