Returning for its seventh edition, Bali Interfood Expo 2026 brings renowned F&B brands, practitioners, and industry players to Nusa Dua
On 2-4 September 2026, Bali Interfood Expo 2026 lands at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center for a trade show on food & beverage, baking ingredients and gear, hospitality service equipment, and culinary technology and services. Organised by Krista Exhibitions, this event unites well-known brands, key educational and technological companies, and expert figures in Indonesia’s culinary landscape.
Across three days, visitors can have a glimpse behind brands like Orang Tua, Hatten Wines, Sasa, and Terve Chocolate while getting to know professional equipment suppliers such as Unox, Ishida, and Zeppelin. More hands-on experiences are also available throughout the exhibition, with cooking and baking demos, panel discussions, as well as wine and coffee workshops, featuring revered individuals like Demitria Paramita of the internet’s favourite gelato-cum-cocktail venue HATS Bar in Jakarta and wine educator Kertawidyawati.
A live competition for Carpigiani’s Gelato World Tour will also take place at the event. Guests are welcome to get up close and personal with Indonesian candidates who are set to showcase their creative, local twists on the Italian frozen dessert; among them are Alvin Tanudjaya of Latteria Gelato & Dessert Bar, Benny Riandi of Pinkies Gelato & Coffee, and Andry Susanto of Oma Elly.
