Ingredients:
60ml Redemption Rye
15ml Carpano Antica Formula (sweet vermouth)
15ml Massenez Creme De Cassis
3 sprays La Fee Absinth Spray
To Mix
1. Spray some Absinth into a rocks glass.
2. Stir in all the other ingredients over ice.
3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
