With the sun shining and the weather rather sweet, there really is nothing more satisfying than a cool, ice-filled glass of gin and tonic with the perfect amount of zesty lime squeezed in. That was until we tried the G&T Sphere at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas. Glamorously served in the rooftop Sky Bar, this summery twist on the classic is nothing short of a garden in a glass. Taking the original gin and tonic combo then brightening it up with a flavourful, fruity twist, the G&T Sphere sees a sprinkling of juniper berries here and a mishmash of a kaffir lime there to make the iconic British tipple that little bit more aromatic. It then comes served in a giant wine goblet to really let the summer scents blossom.
