The first PS Café opened back in 1999 in the Projectshop clothing store. Charming and understated the venue became known for its friendly relaxed service and generous portions of indulgent cakes, puddings, tarts and, of course, its famous truffle shoestring fries.
The latest opening at One Fullerton and its largest and perhaps most stylish to-date, builds upon that with its location and appeal. Ideal for business lunches and after-work socialising as well as those just wishing to enjoy the iconic view over a cocktail, afternoon tea or one of their legendary brunches.
There’s a sizable terrace and an airy indoor space, which with its full length windows offers great views and a sophisticated ambience. For more intimacy head to the bar or book the private dining room. The PS Café at One Fullerton is easily accessed on foot via Fullerton Road crossing or through Fullerton Hotel tunnel.
