Two esteemed guest chefs from Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Chef Ismail and Chef Bayram, make an appearance and offer you the best Turkish signature culinary delights all throughout the fasting month of Ramadan and all the way to the Eid Al Fitri celebration.
The festivities start with The Bridge Over The Bosphorus menu, courtesy of the two aforementioned chefs, served at Arts Café by Raffles. Inspired by the west and the east banks of the namesake river, the menu consists of European and Asian specialties. Diners can enjoy authentic Turkish dishes like spiced lamb kebabs, thin crust Turkish pizza, Turkish salads and the chef’s famous baklava, in addition to enjoying the live shawarma station. The menu is available daily throughout the holy month of Ramadan at Arts Café’s buka puasa buffet, inclusive of free-flow chilled juices and tea.
Another Turkish delight is the Ramadan Pop-Up restaurant, aptly named The Turkish Bazaar – a collaborative effort between Raffles Jakarta, the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta and Turkish Airlines.
