Across five destinations, Negroni Week takes on a distinctly Indonesian character at Padma Hotels, where local ingredients meet the familiar bittersweet ritual of the Italian aperitivo.

A Negroni at golden hour signals the start of the evening. From 21 to 27 September 2026, Padma Hotels will bring this tradition to five locations, interpreting the Italian aperitivo with regional ingredients and settings unique to each hotel.

At Padma Resort Ubud, the week settles into Payangan’s greenery, with Aperitivo Hours daily from 5pm to 7pm at Payangan Lounge. The Balivardier combines Balinese Arak Bumbung with Campari, then adds Cacao White and Martini Rosso for a deeper finish. The Fragola Toricano takes a brighter route: umeshu meets strawberry cordial before grapefruit soda lifts the final pour. Garden views ease into dusk as the bar gathers its early-evening crowd.

Legian moves at a livelier pace. SKAI Bar & Grill presents Sunset in Red, culminating on 26 September with the Negroni Sunset Experience × The Wood-Fired Experience. Live DJ sets accompany wood-fired small plates, while the Negroni Kemuri blends Makrut Campari with shiso leaf gin, with local brem liqueur rounding out the drink.

Beyond Bali, each property sets its own tempo. ZERU Sky Terrace in Semarang hosts its Main Celebration Night on 25 September, pairing skyline views with the pandan-led Americano Pandan Wangi. The jackfruit-infused Negronka offers a tropical counterpoint. In Bandung, tableside cocktail preparation adds theatre at The Restaurant before Saturday Sips meets the Ribs & Rhythm dinner buffet. Katja Lounge in Karawang takes a retro-inspired approach, building toward The Negroni Affair on 26 September with live music and bartender storytelling.

Across five properties, the same bittersweet classic takes on a different sense of place. As daylight fades, ruby glasses catch the last light and conversations stretch a little longer. Negroni Week finds its character in how each room makes the ritual its own.
