Guests are invited to savour a unique culinary event this November at Alto Restaurant & Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta as part of its Italian Affair series. Three highly regarded chefs hailing from the stunning Puglia area in southern Italy will be participating in a unique six-hand dining event at the venue. In a special dinner on 8-9 November 202, Executive Chef Marco Violano will team up with Michelin-starred Milanese chef Felix Lo Basso for a delectable Sunday brunch on November 10.

The carefully curated menu takes diners on a delicious exploration of southern Italian cuisine, showcasing timeless recipes infused with innovative flair. Guests can expect to enjoy standout dishes, such as Chef Felix’s Neapolitan Paccheri Pasta with succulent king river prawns and fresh zucchini, alongside Chef Marco’s Amberjack paired with escargot and a rich lemon-saffron sauce. To conclude the meal, Chef Domenico Giove, renowned for his pastries, will present his Cherry Chocolate dessert.
