Fire Sunday Brunch

at W Bali – Seminyak

Celebrated as one of Bali’s top weekend dining experiences, the Sunday brunch at FIRE, W Bali – Seminyak’s  signature grill has recently undergone an exciting revamp, instigated by new Director of Culinary, Richard Bias.

The new FIRE Sunday brunch is unashamedly lavish and even comes with a handy map to guide you through the buffet, carvery and à la minute stations. Complemented by an outstanding wine list, which includes a selection of ultra-premium Champagnes, it also features free-flow wine and Champagne options and includes selected free-flow non-alcoholic drinks along with a delicious Tiki-inspired welcome drink, superb service and live acoustic music.

FIRE is an elegant and sophisticated venue with some magnificent design features, none more impressive than its bespoke lighting. There’s a choice of plush, comfortable seating, including chairs around the oyster bar, raised islands and settings for larger groups complemented by an expansive covered deck outside which makes full use of the views and sea breeze.

Once ensconced why not start off with freshly shucked oysters and a glass of fizz or browse the buffet and select from delicacies like beetroot smoked salmon, fresh seafood, charcuterie, pastries and cheese? From the à la minute menu indulge in the signature dried aged beef tataki and house-cured Spanish mackerel or delight in the pumpkin gnocchi, quinoa risotto or salads from the healthy food bar before tucking into a slice or two of your favourite roast.

Outside discover wagyu, BBQ chicken and Hawaiian pizzas, tacos and curry stations and the smoky Argentinian grill with its ribs, sausages and seafood before making a beeline for the sweet cave and the final act of dessert decadence.
