A delicious brunch brings many out to FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak for another fun afternoon of delight by collaborating with Dimatique.
In collaboration with Dimatique, an Indonesian-based wine supplier, FIRE at W Bali – Seminyak invites distinguished diners to another fun afternoon during its Sunday brunch. Known for bringing the tastiest grill dishes, the Ember Sunday brunch is complemented with some of the world’s premium wines.
Happening on 1 October 2023 from noon, the brunch will satisfy the palates of visitors with authentic Balinese spices that merge perfectly with the high-quality meat and freshly caught seafood on offer.
Between starters like freshly baked goods, salmon carpaccio, kaffir lime-cured local tuna and foie gras, the culinary journey will begin on a high note, complimented by the array of wine pairings. Some of the fresh à la carte-style dishes served as a part of the brunch ritual include mouthwatering lobster, octopus, and calamari, accompanied by some condiments including salsa verde, lemon garlic butter and chimichurri.
