W Bali – Seminyak presents The Local Forces Dinner in collaboration with Yogyakarta’s famed Mil’s Kitchen.
Highlighting the diverse Indonesian cuisine, the vibrant resort of W Bali – Seminyak is hosting an extraordinary two-day culinary exploration with Mil’s Kitchen on 3 and 4 June 2023. Originally from Yogyakarta, Mil’s Kitchen is the brainchild of Chef Mili Hendratno, who is known to elevate Indonesian dishes to a new height.
During this event, Chef Mili is collaborating with W Bali – Seminyak’s Chef Adriel Manulong to present a six-course dinner at the resort’s award-winning Starfish Bloo on 3 June 2023. Serving it megibung-style, or family-sharing concept, diners will get to indulge in tantalising local dishes with a modern twist. Making sure that quality is paramount, locally sourced ingredients will be used to ensure freshness.
The next day, Chef Mili will also appear at the resort’s famed Sunday brunch at Starfish Bloo. Offering a selection of his famous dishes from Mil’s Kitchen, enjoy delectable offerings such as Tasmanian salmon pepes encroute, smoked wagyu brisket pastrami, ayam tangkap roulade and bone marrow satay sapi.
The dinner is priced at IDR700,000++ per person, with an additional drink package available that includes free-flow wine, beer and two types of cocktails. Meanwhile, the special Sunday brunch is priced at IDR820,000++ per person, with additional packages of free-flow alcohol or bubbles available.
