Bistro Garçon
Not only rated for its French cuisine and cakery, Bistro Garçon also does very well with its impressive cocktail collection. Muhammad Asri, Bar Manager and Mixologist of Bistro Garcon, created each one of these unique cocktails from scratch. Slightly different to the group’s other establishments however, the cocktails at Bistro Garçon are rather delicate, choosing seductive colours and attractive presentation over burly flavours. Monsieur Earl is one of his most innovative creations; a warm cocktail that’s made with a vacuum infuser. A raspberry vodka forms the cocktail base, while a muddle of peach tree, basil, mint, coriander, a hint of cinnamon, earl grey and a squirt of lemon makes each sip of this gorgeous libation refreshingly complex.
