For over two decades, Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomic Bali has been serving tantalising dishes and is highly revered as the most respected restaurant on the island. Founded by Master Chef Chris Salans and currently led by Head Chef Blake Thornley, Mozaic offers a multi-sensory experience that solidifies its status as one of the best restaurants.

Welcome canapés and refreshing cocktails are served in the newly renovated The Tasting Rooms, followed by dinner in the air-conditioned The Dining Room, and last but not least, the main course can now be enjoyed in the Open Fire kitchen situated in the tropical garden of the restaurant.

Notable for combining local ingredients with sophisticated international cooking techniques and creative presentation to entice the senses with mouthwatering flavours, Mozaic contributed to the island’s rise to prominence in the Asian culinary scene. With Chef Blake at the helm, he and the culinary team are working closely with local suppliers and producers to source and cultivate the best ingredients, as well as aligning more sustainable elements to the restaurant’s offering, such as natural wines and zero-waste dishes.
