Savor the Flavor – China Blossom is a collaboration with Chef Yyonne Yuen, serving a curated festive menu at La Moda. The modern Chinese cuisine master starts her exquisite arrangement from the celebratory Jellyfish Yusheng with Yuzu Sauce.
Following the elegant set is the rejuvenating doubled-boiled black garlic chicken soup, before moving on with what we think is the star of the menu: the Lanzhou beef noodle soup. Our evening ends with a delicately complex eight-treasure rice with Chinese almond sauce.
During the whole season, patrons of the mall can’t miss the attractive decorations on levels 1 and 4, while also holding a series of activities that include Table Barongsai, Mini Barongsai, Wushu, Traditional Chinese Music, Fortune Teller, and CNY Beat.
