This special occasion offers the perfect opportunity to revel in togetherness, prosperity and joy through a sumptuous family-style feast that honours this festive season’s cherished traditions.
Guests will embark on a culinary journey featuring a meticulously curated menu of Chinese New Year delicacies, each dish symbolising luck, abundance and unity. The celebration begins with Yee Sang, the classic prosperity toss salad bursting with fresh vegetables, smoked salmon and a sweet tangy dressing – a delightful ritual for sharing wishes of happiness and success.
The feast continues with Peking duck wraps, where the crispy duck is paired with pancakes, hoisin sauce and refreshing cucumber. Savour the whole steamed fish, prepared with ginger, soy sauce and fragrant herbs, representing abundance and good fortune, and enjoy the longevity noodles, hand-pulled and tossed with seasonal vegetables, symbolise long life. To end the evening on a sweet note, sticky rice dumplings filled with red bean paste and sesame offer a perfect touch of tradition.
Designed to encourage sharing, laughter and meaningful connections, the family-style dining experience embodies the true essence of Chinese New Year.
