Overlooking the endless ocean and blue skies, Jumeirah Bali takes romance to another level for couples seeking a memorable celebration on Valentine’s Day.
Situated atop a hill in Pecatu, Jumeirah Bali is modelled after the magnificence of the Majapahit era. Dubbing itself the Amartha Water Palace, the all-villa resort is the perfect spot for guests looking to celebrate any kind of life’s milestones. For this year’s Valentine’s festivities, guests are spoiled with choices through the resort’s dining offerings on 14 February 2024.
At Segaran Dining Terrace, a delectable five-course dinner will be available for lovebirds. Priced at IDR3,800,000++ per couple, the dinner will include gazpacho with poached bamboo lobster, buttery pan-seared foie gras, grilled M5 beef tenderloin with truffle croquette and light-as-air Opalys Lychee Rose mousse for dessert.
For something with a touch of privacy, an intimate dinner can be arranged on a villa deck with a six-course set menu, a dedicated butler, romantic décor and any special requests. Meanwhile, over at Akasa restaurant, the culinary team is preparing a delightful six-course set menu priced at IDR5,000,000++ per couple, with choices such as oyster tempura with Oscietra caviar, cacao-dusted foie gras, decadent lobster tartare and a seductive white wine mousse.
The most exclusive of all, the Mantra Pavilion at Jumeirah Bali, which faces the ocean, provides an ideal location for romantic anniversary celebrations or proposal ideas. Here, soulmates can enjoy a six-course meal, sparkling rosé and live violin music while dining. The celebrations can then continue in the morning with a lavish floating breakfast served in a private villa pool that has been doused in rose petals.
