The exciting new fusion menu combines western cuisine with authentic Indonesian flavours.

Located on DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Diponegoro’s third level, the restaurant offers a contemporary casual dining experience, complete with elegant indoor seating and semi-outdoor spaces with stunning skyline views. Guests can also choose from two private dining rooms for a more exclusive setting.

Chef de Cuisine Rendy Reynaldi and his dedicated team have curated a menu with innovative flavours and locally-sourced ingredients. The new additions include the Brandy Steak, a 250g premium rib-eye paired with roasted tomatoes, baby carrots, and hand-cut fries made from Cilembu sweet potatoes. The chef personally flambés the steak at the table with a special brandy sauce, adding a smoky touch.

Seafood enthusiasts will love the interactive salted baked sea bass, encased in a crust of sea salt and served with creamed spinach, boiled pandan butter potatoes, and cream woku sauce from North Sulawesi.

Appetiser choices include roasted bone marrow with beef Maranggi and rendang mayonnaise, as well as escargot vol au vent mixed with balado butter from West Sumatra. The menu also features steak tartare with fresh wagyu tenderloin and sweet potato chips.

At the bar, guests can enjoy signature cocktails like the Sea Grain Cosmo Banana, offering different flavour experiences based on the colour of the sunglasses worn. The Margarita Kecombrang combines a rich sour taste with a hint of orange and the freshness of kecombrang.
